The Lord Jesus instructed his disciples to preach the gospel to all ethnic groups of the same culture, near culture, and across cultures simultaneously; and to disciple and plant fellowship groups or churches. (Matt 28:18-20, Acts 1:8)
And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” -- Romans 10:15

The vision that the Lord Jesus gave us is to make cross-cultural Chinese missions an important missionary direction for Chinese churches in the United States.
There are still 4 billion unreached people in the world, of which 1.8 to 2 billion are Muslims, accounting for 50% of the unreached people and 25% of the world's population. South Asia: The largest population and the most complex religion, with a total of about 600 million Muslims and about 700 to 800 million Hindus. Asia: Buddhists total 500 to 600 million.
And should not I pity Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?” – Jonah 4:11
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1, 3-4.
Training 训练
三年宣教工場訓練：1. 學習不同工場當地語言，2. 學習進入不同文化，3. 適應融入當地族群社區，4. 適應進入工作平台
Two years of training before sending: 1. Seven months of full-time intensive courses, 2. Two to three months of cross-cultural experience, 3. One to two years of work skills training.
Three years of mission field training: 1. Learn the local languages of different fields, 2. Learn to enter different cultures, 3. Adapt to the local ethnic community, 4. Adapt to a work platform.

2004-2025差派情況：20多年共差100多位工人，现有70多位在工场，和姐妹机构一起支持55位外派工人，待派2位。
To the praise of our Lord Jesus, ALI works with mission partners to train, send and care for international workers.
2004-2025 sending report: Over the past 20 years, we have sent more than 100 workers, of which about 70 are currently in the field. Together with sister organizations, we currently support 55 workers and have 2 more to be sent.
Developing 工场开拓
To the praise of our Lord Jesus, ALI has cooperated with missionary partners to participate in the development of business platforms. We have established business organizations with partners in South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Courses 课程训练

ALI has worked with partners promoting a series of Muslim missionary courses. We will open Chinese courses at different stages for churches and believers.
- Our partners have obtained Chinese copyright for 380 video courses.
- Partners have translated more than 80 video courses into Chinese subtitles and Mandarin dubbing.
- Partners in Hong Kong and Canada have been conducting different stages of the courses in Sunday schools and Bible studies in different churches around the world, and have also held many online courses.
- Establishing the teaching team of the courses. Volunteers needed to assist in administration, to administer computers and to teach courses.
- Online courses will be offered in the United States and around the world.
Statement of faith 信仰立场
- God is One, eternally existent in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who exclusively share in the work of creation, maintenance of the universe, redemption and judgment.
- God the Father is the almighty, all knowing, all loving, and all righteous God, who is the creator and sustainer of all things.
- Our Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and human. We believe His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His burial, His bodily resurrection on the third day, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His imminent personal return.
- The resurrected Jesus ascended to heaven and on the day of Pentecost sent the Holy Spirit to indwell, guide, teach, and empower all who believe by imparting to them the life of Jesus so that they may live godly lives and be engaged at loving service to any who are in need, and to convict the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment.
- The Scriptures, inerrant as originally given, were verbally inspired by God to prophets, apostles, and apostolic associates by means of the Spirit, and were a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice.
- Man was created in the image and likeness of God, but because of Adam’s sin that image was damaged, and that all human beings are now born with a sinful nature. The entire human race is, therefore, lost and only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ can a person be regenerated by the Holy Spirit for eternal life.
- The Church is one body, consisting of all who have been regenerated by the Spirit, and finds expression as local churches, operating under the direction of Jesus as Lord and Head of His body, through elders, pastor-teachers, and evangelists, who equip the saints to fulfill the work of the ministry as described in the scriptures and to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the Gospel to and making disciples of all nations.
- The Second Coming of Jesus Christ is imminent, and will be personal and bodily visible. This is the blessed hope of all Christians. There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust; for the just, a resurrection unto eternal life; for the unjust, a resurrection unto judgment and eternal punishment.

We are a group of servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our supporter is our loving Heavenly Father. Our commander is our gracious Lord Jesus Christ. Our mentor is the Holy Spirit, the Comforter.
